Job Description
We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to join our busy and growing department.
You’d be expected to provide excellent levels of support and customer service. The role will also provide essential support to both internal teams to ensure a seamless efficient service.
You will be processing internal and external orders, repairs & queries and assisting new and existing clients.

Duties & Requirements
Duties
- High level of customer service,
- Updating customer portals,
- Maintain and enter data on CASH (CRM)
- Invoicing,
- Scheduling and booking works,
- Liaising with sub-contractors,
- Ordering stock
Requirements
- Administration and organisational skills,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Customer service experience,
- Ability to work well within a team,
- Computer literate,
- Positive can-do attitude.
