The Bermondsey Project is one of the largest regeneration projects in London, transforming a 12-acre site into a “world-class residential neighbourhood.”

Cannon Fire Safety will be working on Buildings DE for McAleer & Rushe Contracts Ltd. This 21-storey building will deliver 225 apartments, spread across a range of studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units. There shall also be over 35,000 sq. ft of affordable workspace, and a large amenity roof terrace.

Cannon Fire Safety are delivering the Residential Sprinklers, Commercial Sprinklers, and the Wet & Dry Risers, all under our IFC third party accreditation.

There shall be individual full capacity water supplies for each element.
