Drake House is a residential building, comprising of 44 flats, located on Sir Francis Way in Brentwood.

Cannon Fire Safety was tasked with a retro-fit project by Axis Europe PLC. We delivered a residential sprinkler system which included coverage of apartments, communal corridors, and shared communal areas.

Cannon Fire Safety also supplied a fire stopping package to the sprinkler pipework penetrations which included Pendock Boarding. The system water supply for this project was based upon a dedicated sprinkler pump and take arrangement.

This project was completed in February 2024.
