Exchange Square is a recent exciting addition to the Birmingham skyline.

This 34-storey (106m) residential tower comprises of 375 apartments and was completed in December 2023.

Cannon Fire Safety worked with our client McAleer & Rushe Contracts Ltd to deliver a new residential sprinkler system, covering apartments, communal corridors and all shared communal areas.

The system water supply for this project is based upon a shared supply with the BCWS.
