Even though it doesn’t make up a large portion of our business it can’t be overstated how much we respect and value safety in the home.

Tower Blocks
When considering fire protection for a tower block or other large-scale residential property, it is important to consider “who will the residents be?”.
Water mists
A water mist system is a fire protection system which utilises water, high pressure and specialized sprinkler spray heads to form very fine water droplets, ranging from 50 to 300µm depending on the system design.
Flats
When considering fire protection for a tower block or other large-scale residential property, it is important to consider “who will the residents be?”.
Students, for example, present unique fire risks with certain behaviours, such as late-night cooking and the use of other equipment such as deep fat fryers. In a student building, we would recommend Firetrace systems (one for every flat, fitted in the extract).
Firetrace
Firetrace utilises a wet chemical agent for extinguishing oil/grease-based fires. The container is typically housed in a cupboard close to an extraction unit above the cooker.
